Our Target Audience:

restaurants who want to outsource their asian offerings, grocery stores ( in their frozen and fresh sections) and companies who want to order ahead of time ( 1 week t to months before) to have delivered to their facility for their employees

We will start at asian enthusiastic cities ( irvine, montreal, houston, sf, seattle, paris) and start with vietnamese cuisines my mother ( Nhan To ) has been catering to for decades.

For those asians who also miss home cooking that doesn't have the time to cook or don't know how to cook their mom's recipes and they live too far away or their mom's have passed..

we are starting with Vietnamese cuisine ; mostly unique asian jerky, pho broth , egrrolls and steam buns.

Our Ideas and Additional Information:

My mom's homemade Vietnamese food available to your home or work ...She owned a restaurant for 15 years and has been cooking since 1985 for the public.

I also put pic of our family in vietnam as inspiration.

She has vietnamese beef jerky we will likely launch first, eggrolls and they all dont require sauces bc they are so tasty.
