What We Do

I am a residential real estate agent who specializes in luxury/upscale properties in the gracious southern city of Charleston, SC -- covering all areas from the beautiful beaches to the historic downtown neighborhoods.

Color Preferences

I am open to all classy color pallets but would like a logo that could be printed in all black or reversed out in white when needed.

Our Ideas & Additional Information

Charleston, SC is known for its gracious southern hospitality and is a beach and harbor city so some ideas might be: sailboats, palmetto trees (the state flag is a palmetto tree and crescent moon), historic mansions on the harbor, iron gates, formal gardens, beaches, etc. Be creative -- can even be something very simple that has nothing to do with the city.

Some icons that have been overdone in this city are: iron gates, lighthouses, sand dunes/sea oats -- so I might want to stay away from those.

I do not want my name incorporated into a simple triangle roof of a house -- that concept is overused in my territory.

My handwriting has sort-of an architect style of writing. One thought would be to use a similar style of font for my name. I will attach a file with my name written in my writing for ideas. This is just an idea -- not a requirement!
