Slogan
Straight Outta Southfield
What We Do
This logo is for a small team of people who have worked together for the last 3 years but, due to a merger, are no longer going to be "officially" working together. However, they are going to continue to stay connected via monthly calls. This logo will serve as something fun to help them in the next phase of what it looks like to "work together" when they are not actually working together any longer at the same company. They are leadership development specialists who built a unique approach to human resources and who love to always be getting better.

Color Preferences
I would like most of the logo to be black with maybe a touch of color somewhere. The two colors I would consider including are blue and green.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
This is what I want the artist to figure to how to do. Include a beetle, the letter g and the slogan straight outta southfield. What would be even better is to have silhouettes of the 5 of us that are similar to the attached documents, just an outline suggesting the look of each of the 5 of us. I want the beetle to also be simple with not details, just the suggestion of a beetle. I know this is super confusing but our boss (Ted- the one male in the pictures) used the following analogy with us as it became clear none of us would be staying with the company. The band is breaking up but many bands had members that went on to successful solo careers. The bands he used as examples were hysterical to all of us and tell you something about him. He used the Beatles, Genesis and NWA. I am trying to create a logo that combines those 3 things into an icon that can represent us. I would love the straight outta southfield to be in the font from the a straight outta compton album. Super weird, I know, but I am hopeful that someone can see what I am trying to do. We are all die hard Gen X-ers.
