I think that this design might be more in line with what you're wanting than my previous one... I've used your colour suggestions (please provide a reference so that we can get it exact) and created 4 pillars (which represent the 4 aspects of what you offer (dance, music, visual and martial arts) - and the line that runs through them represents the fact that there is creativity involved - whilst still offering a very professional image?? We could do something different with each block to represent each aspect - although I was worried it would get too busy.
