#408, not a bad start, here is my concern and comments, the logo size has to be proportional and same to the size of text on its right , just like my top ranked ones, i need to feel the balance.

the splash looks good, but on its own, doesnt tell much, and try to have it split into 4 colors with nice effects or four different splashes and merge them in the middle, use the colors in my top 4 entries the same way ok ?
