Everyone really likes the distinctiveness of the A with f holes. The feeling is that both the A and word Arlington are redundant, but that we like it saying Arlington. A suggestion has been to have the f hole A be the start of the word Arlington and a large left side to the logo, with orchestra under "rlington."
People are liking this, but the common feedback is that they would like it to say "Arlington High School" to define the connection to the school beyond just the city. What if the f-hole A became a representative logo on the left, with then "Arlington High School" in smaller font above a larger "orchestra" to balance the words. Not sure if you think that will work.
#84 is getting very close. Some ideas: we'd like a bolder, crisper font for the words, but still something sleek and modern. We were also thinking "orchestra" could be the same grey as the grey f-hole to tie everything together.
