What We Do
We provide a professional, high-quality service to relocate houses and other large structures (or historical buildings) and make friends along the way.

Color Preferences
We are looking for someone to create a pictoral image of a house being moved, and would prefer it to be as realistic as possible. When including an element into the picture, we would like it to have its natural color (cactus are green, the truck a steel grey or silver, tires black, house an off white as if adobe, roof of house a ceramic tile one that is a red/burnt orange color, etc). My client would love to see things that are as realistic as possible.

Grey - We work with a lot of advanced machinery, and are always on the front lines of innovation in our industry. We would like to convey professionalism and competence through a solid, masculine grey.

Black - We provide a high-quality, specialty service. Although structural relocation is economic, it would be considered a luxury service.

Royal blue/navy- these are distinguished and respectable colors, and also signify the overall feel of our company and team. Wisdom and foresight are key qualities in successful house moves, so we like the maturity and depth of this blue.
Our Ideas & Additional Information
Most people are not familiar with the concept of house moving or structural relocation, so what we are looking for is someone to revamp/modernize our original company logo and add some features. Attached is the original logo, featuring a house being pulled by one of our trucks. Suggested additions to the graphic would be the house being pulled down a two-laned road on some of our hand-crafted dolleys. We are extremely proud of our Arizona home, so take liberties to include some minimalist mountains in the background or a saguaro cactus included to the side of the road (a distinct feature of Phoenix, AZ). This will certainly earn any designer major bonus points with us! Other ideas;
The truck pulling the house down a gradual slope (the mountains in back or off to the side), and cacti on the sides of the road. We are looking for colors and pictures to look as real as possible, so attention to detail (like Peterbilt style truck (without a sleeper cab and ceramic tile roofs) is welcomed and celebrated.

Please rely heavily on the provided photos and original logo, though note that we are looking for someone to creating breath life into this! A free-floating logo is preferred. We are looking for people to see what housemoving is through the logo. No need to include the name of our company on the logo, as that will likely change in the coming years. Thanks everyone!

Thanks so much for the great designs, folks! I am really impressed, and I can't wait to see how these continue to develop.

As our company has called the state of Arizona (the "Arid State") home for over 60 years, I would be really appreciative of anyone who finds a way to incorporate the trademark hills of the Phoenix Valley or even a cactus into the logo. I know finding a balance that doesn't seem crowded can be tricky, but the client I represent would love to see a stretch of road with some mountains/hills in the background with the truck.

Thank you so much for your time and creativity! Truly, we appreciate you.

It also might help you all to know that we are considering a name change in the coming year, so I wouldn't spend too much time on incorporating the text into the logo. I believe my client would even be happy with no name or slogan attached (so long as the graphic was striking, and conveyed the magnitude of moving these HUGE structures with ease.

A thought I had in helping to maximize the appearance of the houses is perhaps shrinking the size of the trucks down a bit. We really want to emphasize what a formidable feat it is to transport structures of up to 280 tons in weight. If you take a look at some of the included pictures, you can see a job or two we've done in the past. It's a pretty neat industry!

Thanks again for your willingness to make this vision a reality. Your agility and expertise never cease to amaze me.

The style of truck we work with is the Kenworth or Peterbuilt. These are known for their big square front grill (a signature in the trade). If you are able to use that style of truck, that would be terrific! Thank you
