What We Do
We are a consulting entity that offers the power and "weight" or high level, C level executives to organizations on a consulting / for hire basis to:
-Add a seasoned and powerful extra set of executive hands to the voyage
-solve specific business challenges (growth, acquisition, finance, talent acquisition, etc.)
-develop strategy for growth / optimization

Our name is derived from the navigation term ballast, which means "Heavy material that is placed in the hold of a vessel to provide stability."

We believe we represent that weight, security and reinforcement for any client we serve.
