I received the zip file. Can you also include the version with the 'clear' background so this logo can be placed on top of colored backgrounds without a white box around the logo? And, a JPG version of this logo as well would be appreciated.

I like this, it looks good with the black and I think it will be nice printed on receipts. Although the gold may wash out if printed. Would the logo have this white box around it? What would this look like if placed on a colored background?

How does this look in other colors?
Can this have a see-through background to show the color behind it? We don't want a block of white behind it unless, like your similar design, it has a block incorporated into the logo.

Clever! Maybe pull 'Urban Gear' letters closer together? The spacing makes it hard to see that there are two words.
