#4 & #5 are quite creative - thanks! My gut says the ampersand figures a bit too prominently in the logo. And I may not describe this as well as I should, but I tend to favor logos without a "background" because I think the background ties my hands a bit in various usages. Thanks!

I like the look of #11 - very strong front style that would work well in numerous usages. Just curiosity - the red "staircase" graphic suggests something Egyptian to me - what was your intent with that?

Second - the "red carpet" staircase represents the reward for the pain or struggle to obtain a goal. Red carpets are a sign of prestige and wealth - either in finance or in personal growth. Top honor for the walker is the red carpet. Mike M
