gheist, I apologize for not commenting individually sooner, as I only recently became aware of my ability to send messages directly to designers. Thus far, your design is the most original, although not exactly what I'm looking for. I suppose I have a vision in my head of some sort of play on the word analytics (charts, graphs, math symbols) or the words In Focus (bullseye, magnifying glass). Your design choice to have the letters A F partially invisible could be interpreted as being partially in focus, but I'm looking for something a little more obvious.
I do hope that you will continue to submit design ideas and I promise that I will comment on them in a more time appropriate manner.
gheist, When this contest first started, I got a few designs that look liked they were abstract marks left over from other contests. Then I started to get a few really good designs that incorporated something that represented "Analytics". I got a few okay attempts at trying to picture the word "Focus".
This is the first design where I can clearly see a representation of "Analytics" "in" "Focus". I believe that this is what some sports call a hat trick.
I'm not going to be online much (maybe not at all depending on my schedule) tomorrow. On Sunday, I may have a request for some color options. Thanks again for your submission. - Phil
