As a career coach, Speaker and consultant I help individuals and companies to future proof themselves in the rapid changing world of work. My specialties and speaking/consulting areas include:
- Millennials in the workplace and the future of work
- Career coaching and online career courses aimed at early to mid level career professionals
- How to build your personal brand using LinkedIn (aimed at all career levels and entrepreneurs).

I have a dual target market, so need to appeal to both.

On the coaching side my target market is career professionals aged 24 - 40 years old, both male and female. They typically are ambitious and are looking to grow personally and professionally in their chosen profession (typically in the corporate space) but are feeling a bit lost or stuck in their current career/job.

On the speaking/consulting side, my target market is medium sized to enterprise sized organisations. Past clients include Open Colleges, Space&Co, General Assembly, University of NSW.

Green, white, light grey, black

Simple is best, so can be just one or two colours or a combination or mix of all. My favourite shade of green colour is something similar to rgb (56, 186, 122).

Ultimately looking for something simple and professional that incorporates my full name
Amy Lauren Smith or initials in some way.
