#17 is looking good I kind of like the simplicity/strong feel of it. Could you try maybe a different colors maybe make the Electric a little bigger add extra designs. Your idea here is going great though!
Things to leave alone on #17 *leave the tail of the M on the left side long like that. *I also like how you cut off the A like the M was going through it so keep that * I just like everything about that M in general so keep it *I like the Color in Amp
Things to try on #17 *could you have the A and P in Amp go at high as the M but not any lower. *Maybe add a small design that ties to the top of the A in Amp? I viewed your profile and I like how you put a star on the Rockstar I don't want a star but I like that concept of something on the first letter. *Maybe add a different Color to the Electric and since 1982. Maybe a Gold, yellow but it may stay black. * I like what you did with the M maybe add another thing like that or different idea?
Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure about adding a secondary idea to the A in #17. I'm not sure what to add to it without it distracting from the M, too many things going on then. So I did #49 to do something with the A.
#17 is still the best It's super creative and still not crazy. The smaller a and p make the M pop I never even thought of that. You're right the other things would take away from the M most likely. I don't know what else would fit but as of now this is my favorite for sure. if you have any more Ideas let me know I feel like its super close to what I want! Would just making the A longer down to the m make it look bad? I don't know I trust your opinion a lot. maybe trying to center the electric but still having it tied in to the Amp. Either way thanks for time it's really coming along!
I Think I do Like the red line in #57 and the black in #17 that's hard to choose #17 is still the best I like that only a little of the A is gone. There's really only 3 small things I'm on the fence about 1. Is there anyway to make it look normal to make the A and P in ( AMP) to just be a little taller? not as high as the M but maybe like half way without shrinking the M in Amp? 2. I wish the Electric could be a little bigger ( Not a lot but I want be to know its important!) 3.Maybe add one small thing somewhere else that's unique.
Either way I'm very happy with this design so far it's something I would like to work with you to make it perfect because I just know this could be the one!
#65, made the A & P slightly bigger. Made electric very slightly bigger (any bigger and it will look unbalanced). Tried putting the Electric text all the way across the Amp text, but because of the tip of the bolt on the M it didn't fit properly and looks better how it is now anyway. 8^)
#17 is still my favorite I realize now I don't want to change anything with the Amp size or color or style
* I had an Idea today when I have it on black shirts I was wondering if we could have the Electric some how still be seen? I like the color of the Electric and Since 1982 but was wondering if there was a way to have it still be seen on a black shirt. Like white boardering it or white on the inside? I'm not sure I thought I'd throw that out there.
* one last thing I was wondering if there could possible be another small logo somewhere next to the A or on top of the A? other than that I think this design is perfect!
Usually when a design has black text and you want it on a black background, you simply reverse the colour, so simply make the black text white. The AMP text, being a wordmark, It's a bad idea to also have a pictoral mark next to it or above it, it really doesn't need it. I really would struggle to add another element to the logo and have it still look as good or better than what it looks like now. I do want to make you happy with the design and do a design which will attract customers to your business and be easily memorable, so I don't mean to dissappoint you.
It's okay I'm just throwing things out there I truly respect your opinion. This is extremely unique I can't believe I never thought of this idea with the M and space. Also I like that you care about it a lot! That sounds good I'll flip it to white if I go to black. You also can't disappoint me your design is far and beyond the best so far. a little off topic but do you have any suggestions of places that add your logo to shirts, hoodies and other items? I have a few but I was just interested in checking out a few of peoples recommendations.

I'm in Minnesota. I Think I finally found a good place to buy blank shirts! Also embroidme is a local place that puts it on any shirt I give them so that should work! Thanks for the suggestion though. I pretty much see you winning this contest also I will be in need of another logo for my other business in maybe a couple months. if I wanted to have you work on another one in the future how could I get a hold of you? I'm glad you found a good deal on the shirts & printing. Your best bet, so you've got a variety of designs, would probably be to do the same as you've done with Amp Electric and run another contest. I don't necessarily always do brilliant designing for every contest, it just depends whether I've got a good idea for that particular business.
