We are a women owned business with 15+ years in construction management. Work well with designers but get results for our clients who do not have in-house real estate management or construction management.

We are looking for something to really set us apart from our competition - something that becomes recognizable. Multiple colors in one logo is ok but they have to flow like a good architectural design.

We would also like the LLC to be less obtrusive - perhaps "A Limited Liability Company" in text under the design or smaller. AMK should be the dominant takeaway from the logo. Thanks!

We would like to also put for consideration that we have a modern / fresh aethetic. There are negative connotations associated with imagery from the 80s and 90s in real estate so we're trying to be more current than that with our logo. Thank you!

We like a lot of the logos that have been submitted but are still looking for the 'wow' factor to illustrate our brand. Our un-official motto regarding building is: Thinking Differently - Building Better

Something that indicates a cooperative process, catchy colors, with a bold, memorable design.

Also, some pitfalls to avoid - we have a few main competitors in our markets and would like our logo to be distinctly different from theirs - their websites are:

We like the color schemes used but as there are only 3 hours left, would appreciate any additional innovative ideas you have - while the top ranked ones are soemwhat conventional, we're looking to see if there's something that pushes the envelope a little more without being cartoon-y.
