Thank you for your entry. I like your design! There are a couple of tweaks I would like to see. I didn't like the little thing under the M. If there is another way you can change the look of the M, I would like to see it. I would like to see a toolbox at the base of the chair. Any way to make the hammer stand out a little better? The color on #6 looks pretty good. Could I see it with different chair styles? Could I see the tagline as follows "Custom Handcrafted Amish Furniture"? #4 is not too bad, maybe a different color as the background. #5, not liking the star or the font.

Yeah - no problem. Is there a certain other chair you'd like me to use? I'm thinking the tool box would be like the old wood ones with the dowel rod handle? Thanks for the feedback! MM

Wanted to change some of the shadow around the hammer anyway - how's this idea? MM

The M looks a lot better. Is it me, or is there some reflective shading on the "Amish" lettering? I was thinking of all the lettering of "Amish Peddler" to be all brown or maybe a different color. The tool box looks good but the tools in it are not that clear. The chairs I would like to see: a Rietta Ladderback - www.amishpeddler.com/chairladderbackdirectory.htm
, Hartford chair and OW Shaker Chair- www.amishpeddler.com/chairsshakerdirectory.htm
Let me know if this can be done. Thank you for your time!

Yes there is a reflection on the "AMISH" part of the Logo - can be all brown if wanted. the tool box has a level and and antique wood planer (also lightened up the hammer). I will take a look at the chairs and give it a shot!

Thanks for all your feedback and the opportunity on this contest! MMeans

After showing these #8 to several people, it seems the majority have said "lose the toolbox". I guess it does look a little busy. I think if we were to make the suble changes we talked about earlier to #6 we will be on the right track. I am excited to see this design with different chair styles.

#13 seems like the best to me so far. Could we try a couple of different fonts so I can be sure that the #13 font looks good. I like the all capital letters. #11 seems a little simple in chair design and #12 seems a little busy. Looks like my suggestions for the different chairs didn't work. Thanks for trying it out for me.

#13 is still the front runner. However, I did like #17 wheat in the middle. Could we try #13 with the wheat and "Amish Peddler" all brown? I did like the darker brown oval outline in #17. Can we see what it looks like on #13? #17 and #16 lettering is a little old west looking. Could we try some other lettering? Thanks again for your creative ideas so far. It seems like I see something I like in each progressive logo!

I couldn't tell the difference between #26 and #27. That's why I didn't put #27 in the ranking until I know what the difference is. I like the way the bold outline looks in #26 but the outline needs to fade around the chair so the chair can stand on it's own like #13 does. The tagline being bolder looks good too! I think it looks great so far! Thank you for your ideas and patience in the updated logos!

I think I just sent the same one twice, whoops, sorry! Fading the bold outline like #13 - check! Thanks MM

#32 is looking really good! Can we reduce the font size of "Amish" so it doesn't interfere with the border on the left side and the border fade on the right side. Thanks again for all your work!

How's this one? #36 MM

#36 is looking much better with the oval not in the way of the lettering. Can we make the upper right hand corner of the "H" in Amish even with the rest of the lettering. It looks like it's sticking out too much. The larger "A" in Amish will stay the same.

Looks like we have a winner here. Can we see what the logo looks like without the chair, hat and hammer? I liked the fact the logo can be used with and without the chair. Thanks again for all your hard work!

You betcha! I started to mention that early on, about with or without the chair, but knew you probably was thinking that. Thanks for the opportunity! MM

also - I'll throw in the other "chairs" - I'll include this final logo with the other chair designs just because their your chairs anyway. I'd also be happy to give you any file formats you may need over the EPS and JPEG you get with the download after the contest is complete. MM
