I like this! Would you please show me these changes:

1. A little little more space between the top and bottom lines

Plus a new design as follows:

2. Please show me a serif font, still outlined, for the word "ESCROW"

I had a bit or trouble finding a good serif font that wasn't to wide. This one was the most suitable. Still, if you feel like seeing other options I'll see what I can do.

Some color revisions just to have a wider variety of options.
#538 with a light gray, and no outline.
#539 with a light shade of blue, also no outline.
#540, I like this one, the lighter blue makes the logo softer and yet it compliments the stong shapes of the type.

#545, #547 & #548. A few other simple yet strong options.

492 494 538:
• For the words "TRUST ESCROW" please loosen the space between the letters, they are too tight here.

I really hope my clients like this design as much as I do. They are hard to predict.
