#175 I would use for my store signage and such & #237 would be used for my business cards, stationary, etc.

Since #175 is a derivative of #237, I suggest If you have to choose between both - #237 is the one. But I am not quite sure about trademarking / legal process there in U.S, because as far that I know you will get only one Legal contract from the system here in Logo Tournament, maybe for more definitive answer you can consult this with admin via the Contest Holder forum or the support page.
