as we look at the P more, the leg near the bottom could be a DOOR that's open (door is blue, white negative is the doorway). Can you perhaps make the bottom of the P pointy to symbolize an open door? don't nudge it too much, we want the door to be really subtle and easy to miss if you're not looking for it, and keep the look modern and clean.
for this one, can I see a minor revision:
lower the "lamp shade" over the L so that it is about a third of the way down that way the L looks like it is a lamp?
