AllosLogo Design Contest

The logo we're looking for is a commemorative badge for the 30th anniversary of Allos (est. 1982).
The logo will be used in the signature of all email going out from all employees of the company, in magazines, trade shows, etc.
The logo can include the sunflower (main item in the allos logo).
We'd like the sentence "30 years improving people's performance" in the logo.
It can be a round one with the text around it, but not necessarily.
I've uploaded the Allos logo with the sunflower.
You can use this this "low resolution one", if the sunflower will be included in the awarded design, we'll change it with the high resolution one when we need it.
Again: you may or may not use the sunflower. You can even make a simplified, vectorial version of the sunflower.
