What We Do
This is a financial services business in Buffalo, NY, USA. The firm has been around for decades and needs an updated look. The firm provides financial planning, insurance, investments and retirement planning.
Our Target Audience:
Current audience is Gen X (45-65 years old) with families, working for a mid to large sized business, household income $100k-$150k, college educated, executive or professional occupation. Would like to expand its focus to begin to attract a younger audience as well (35-45 years old with young children, just starting out), household income in the $75k-$100k range, holding mid-level management jobs with aspirations to become senior executives.
All targets share a certain set of values - family is important, they want to "do the right thing" by protecting what's important and planning for the future. They enjoy time with family and friends, kids sporting events, make limited charitable contributions, take one planned vacation a year.
