Here is my first entry for your project. The main concept here is a simple yet appealing design that uses 3 lines to represent Strategy, Operations, and People. Each element creates a balance in the image itself.

Also, is there a way to replace the A in Alibrium with the colored lines? Not sure how that would show in black in white...but you are on the right track!
