Alcatex, IncLogo Design Contest

#1 - Thanks so much for your/our first submission! Just a few comments... We are not a big fan of using all lower case in our company name. We prefer initial caps - "Alcatex, Inc." Also, the "a" on top took a min to figure out and didn't really match the font selection used in the name. It's interesting, but not really going well together as we would like.

I will have feedback for everyone very shortly! I'm confirming with a few others and post again as soon as I can. Keep them coming!

#1 can we see a new version with a captial A?

#7 & #8 - Not to be too harsh, but they reminded me of Space Invaders. Not modern and professional enough for us. Thank you!

#6 - interesting concept, but the ball didn't make much sense to us. Not a fan of the green either. Thank you!

#11 - Can you try something that resembles more of an A in the background? Thanks!

#4 - can you use a capital A? We are not fans of "alcatex". Thanks!

#5 - The A on top is so disproportionate from the company name it feels a bit odd to us. Can you adjust so the company name is getting emphasis as well? Thanks!

#10 - we like this one alot as you can tell by our current ranking! Two questions - 1) Can the type be more bold or thicker? I'm worried about it showing up in some instances. It just appears a bit faint. 2) The triangle on top is quite large. Is there a way to bring it down a notch?

#3 - the way you have the colors resembles a flag. And since we are an American company someone might confuse us as a company from another country. can you try something else? Thanks!

Everyone, we have to extend the contest for two days to give us enough time to review the last 50 or so submissions. You guys are providing such great work that we want to be fair to everyone and give this our best effort as well. I hope you understand and I should have some comments and feedback later today.

#54 - we like this one, but not sure about the shadow. It increases the height of the logo a bit more than we might want. Can you provide a version without the shadow? Thanks!

#66 - we like this one too, but would like to see the full company name - "Alcatex, Inc." Thanks!

#74, #80, #81 - These are great! We will be moving these to the top of our short list. Great job!

#79 - we think this is interesting. Can you do one or two other color variations? We aren't too sure about the silver/grey. Thanks!

#85 - we like this one a lot.

#87 - interesting. Not sure how we feel about it just yet. might need it to sink in.

#98 - we like this one a lot. Can you use red instead of blue? And can you make the "A" mark the first letter in "Alcatex, Inc" instead of using the A again in the name? Thanks!
