Nice. The star is not really part of the logo but it's a favourite of mine and works very well in this concept. Try it in the gold reversed out of red, the scheme on the fuselage will be reversed out of satin silver, either in red or gold. I'm not a huge fan of your choice of typestyle, perhaps something else might fit better.
