#5 - Like the direction here. I also appreciate the bright colors that you used to make this happen. I think at first glance it is not apparent that these are "people" what is your professional opinion? Does a logo need to be exactly what it should be at first glance?
#4 - Love this. Seems a little too vertical with the mark itself. Is there a way to coherently shorten that without overpowering the text?
#3 - Too sharp. Almost seems dangerous. Similar comments for #5 though. I like the "AS" treatment in the middle there though.
#2 - While this is unique and I really like it just on that quality alone, I am not sure it conveys enough. Can we balance the abstract with a tangible element of some kind?
I collected some additional feedback here without our organization and a few comments came to light.
#4: It draws the eye to a simple focal point and gives a sense of two people, 1 doing a headstand off the other -- as if they are in acrobatic playfulness. Is there a way to meld this style with the circular nature of #3, #9. Maybe a triangular pose?
#3: Can you remove the center lettering? Would like to see it without the AS in the center, just a pictorial. That should help to open up the design a bit and, perhaps, soften it.
#2 - This logo continually stands out in the conversations that we have been having. It is unique enough that our eyes are drawn yet it is still a strong image. Is there a way to strengthen the end of the mark to represent an overtly service or overtly adventure theme? The hammer that you currently have in place gets lost a bit. Perhaps some thing like a coiling rope with climbing equipment? or strengthen the hammer image that is there currently?
#4 - This is another front-runner. Not really sure why because I think the balance works great but the comments I have received about this one is that it is TOO balanced. While that sounds counter-intuitive, you have used 2 bodies in a design for this one and you have used 4 bodies in a design for others - what would happen if we split the difference and had a triangular design with a central focal point as if they shared a head? Thoughts?
Heading into the last day here. Thanks for your commitment.
#36 - is there anyway to put the three bodies down inline with the text like you did with some of the original designs? Also, I ranked 36 the highest but only because we couldn't decide on which color treatment we preferred.
