Instant recognition please, without having to study the logo to figure out what it is.

If the "abstract" qualifier makes the logo too ambiguous to instantly recognize as plumbing service, then do not do abstract. Most of these are indistinguishable as a plumbing business because graphic does not scream plumber, and the "Plumbing and Drain" writing is too small. Which instantly puts it in the category of having to be studied to figure out what it means.

These are way toward conservative side except for one.

Attention getting... More boldness, creativity, larger, but not tacky. Want anyone who sees it even just once to remember it.

Although it is currently in 1st place, the graphic looks like a flame rather than a water drop. Which looks like a gas contractor rather than a plumber.

Really, nothing up here is original enough yet. Even the little man in the cartoon logo looks like a graphic the owner has seen before.

How about trying pluming icons other than water drop or wrenches, or keeping those with other plumbing images. Maybe faucet and/or wrenches, or something reminiscent of the "drain" Tom Cruise jumped into in the latest Mission Impossible movie. Or a whirlpool that looks like a drain. Or a faucet over a whirlpool that looks like a drain. Or use creative borders/frames with interesting shape to add dimension and style. Please think outside the box. Something other than classic box and circle iconography. Or perhaps a much larger company name with rich iconography worked in/around it. Something more than a name with a picture beside it. Just not seeing it yet. Please distinguish us from everyday plumbing logos.
