Really like the colors and the swirl. It does suggest flow (something that our patients are often having trouble with) as well as almost a light coming from within like the light from the end of the scopes that we use. Would love to see it with a few different fonts for comparison, and maybe with the "Gastroenterology" a bit more visible, though in order of priority Advanced is #1, and Associates is #3.
Dear Sir - Thank you for the kind feedback. And you are correct, I was aiming for a stylized "stomach" with the glow/light at the center implying the scope. I will work up a few new font variations. You may contact me anytime with further questions, comments or feedback. Thanks So Much – Logoplanet (Jeff)
Dear AGA – Entries #11 and #12 show a horizontal configuration of the logo with a variation on the font. The graphic has also been tweaked slightly to help its aesthetic balance. #13 is a close-up of the icon showing its detail. Thanks So Much – Logoplanet (Jeff)
Hard choices. Thanks for the reworks. Order may change as we stare at them more, but I think we prefer ADVANCED in all caps but probably the taller font of #9, 10, and 11. #12 seems a bit scrunched. Probably prefer the overall horizontal look of #9, 11, and 12, but can't decide upon horizontal or vertical stacking of the text.
Dear AGA – New entries #14 and #15 share the same font as #9 and #10. I also agree that the text looks best when appearing in "all caps". If you desire to see further revisions, please contact me anytime. – Jeff
We really like the colors and feel but some in our group really want the designs to have a more obvious reference to our profession. If you have any ideas to adapt your design we'd love to see them. Thanks.
Thank you, sir, for the feedback. I've uploaded a couple new entries ( #66 & #67 ) which show a much more literal icon of your profession. The logos retain the font and colors of my previous entries. If you require anything further, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks So Much – Jeff
I love the swirl still, but my group leans towards the obvious. To that end, are you able to tweak the images in #66 and #67 to look less like a kidney and more like a stomach? I know the distinction is difficult and it is difficult for me to describe, but our profile page has a pencil drawing that suggests the difference. We like the light coming from the end. Good job.
Entries #92, #93 and #94 have the revised stomach. Thanks for the correction. I hope this is more to your liking. #94 is a close-up so that you may see the detail a little better.
Thanks for the new design. Still looking to refine the shape some more. We like the overall feel of #67, including the river-like flow from the end of the stomach, but just not the oval shape. Maybe less white and more of the aqua blue inside also. Thanks.
