Please consider that this logo of "quality certification" will stand usually next to the logos of individual mediation providers. Due to a complete deregolamentation of the market in Italy, a group of mediation providers of legal disputes need to differentiate from others and comunicate: quality, trust, transparancy, indipendence and impartiality. Avoid hand shakes.

#4 and #5 The logo should not recreate or be based to our logo (ADR Center) and not be a text/word. Much better a pictorial or abstract mark.
Maybe it would be worthwhile to explore just the concept of "trasparancy" (glass, etc...). Only the mediation organizations that are truly indipendednt and are very tresparent and place everything online (rules, costs, mediators' CV, etc..) can be display this logo.

Please no text. We need a simbol, a icon that describe transparancy. Please focus on the concept of "transparancy". The mediation providers that show this logo commit to disclose all the informations need for prospect clients to make an informative choice.. No text, no ADR Center.

An idea could be a stylized icon of a magnify glass with a quality check.

#17 you are on the right track. Maybe you may try to substitute the papers with an icon of a table write three people that remind a mediation meeting (two litigants and one mediator).
