These are all great! My concern is that some of these do not clearly portray the medical aspect of this application. It really is an in hospital decision support system and would really address intravenous drugs more than pills. Perhaps a stylized caduceus symbol would convey that better. Otherwise these are going in the correct direction. Also the word adjuvant is a powerful word in medical circles. It is a medicine that makes another medicine more effective or safer. We would like to emphasize that word and make the words decision support a little smaller.

Ladies and Gentlemen Designers:

I apologize for the change but we have discovered that we need to change to wording of the Logo.
The full name of the company is Antibiotic Adjuvant (Inc), we had to change the name due to trademark issues.

Therefore, we believe that the word 'Antibiotic' should be added above the name Adjuvant, which would solve the problem.

Also the comment below should read: Stewardship Tools/Decision Support/Resistance Control (if we can get that in!)
