Hi Lisa, thank you for inviting me. Here you have my ideas.
#17 you have the psychology symbol with the combination of "u & i" with the same font of "ADIRA".
#18 Modifying the font to get a unique treatment and make your symbol unique too.
#19 Something more stylish with a Unique symbol and also you can see "a" of "adira".
#20 Is a check mark over "Adira" word and person with different resources of ADIRA (in brain).
#21 this one is another option with different color scheme.

Wow - just read your explanation for number 17 - love that. Can I see that same logo with a thinner line running through. The line felt to thick for me. I would love to see it slimmer. Very cool!

Now the check mark is only in the first "A" of ADIRA and is more readable and i think the deep blue is great!
