We use that pink colour in the site so we may need to keep that same pink.
Also I like the idea of a diamond then the name on the right of it but happy to look at other versions.
I don't think the current logo pops.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
I have uploaded a screen shot of the website the logo will be going on to. As you can see it just down pop, its not a little boring but we may need to keep with the pink theme as that colour is being used through out the site.
The diamond logo is a great idea but it looks boring in the current format, I really want the logo to stand out more
