Our vision is to create a garden-themed restaurant that would be a casual, yet elegant place to indulge in Asian Cuisine, taking full advantage of the building, Peabody Mansion’s architecture and landscaping of the ample patio space located directly in the front of the building. We want Birmingham, MI visitors and residents alike to come experience the beauty of the building and its landscape regardless of whether they choose to dine with us or not, as an iconic piece of real estate in Birmingham. In doing this, we become more than just a restaurant; we become a destination and a place people will want to visit.
We believe this restaurant will be an award-winning restaurant showcasing Eastern Asian and Southeast Asian regional cuisine.
We will offer surprising, simple and flavorful dishes that are to be served and shared, while a full sushi bar provides an assortment of sushi, sashimi and nigiri options to be consumed where our experienced chefs will display the art of sushi making. Our plans divide our stylish and chic space into a main dining room, cocktail lounge, and sushi bar.
