I like this as it is different to lots of the other ones by just having a symbol. I think the grey comes out too soft though.

As you can see I still very much like your design, and I do like the simplicity of the colours. However.. The baby boomers seem to respond to bolder colours so if you have any ideas for how 99, 162 and 168 could have bolder colours that would be worth seeing.,

#99 = #261 (2 colors) #262 (3 colors) or #263 (6 colors)

#168 = #264 #265 #266
...
