Liking entry 5 more than entry 6, potentially due to the round circle rather than the heart. Also prefer the more simple writing underneath rather than the script type writing. Would like to see number 5 using the lighter blue too.
In regards to the other ones, I think the combination of the cardiac rhythm AND then heart shaped is too much leaning towards the cardiac rehab side of the business, rather than all ensuring we encapsulate the OT, PT dietitians etc. I do quite like the cardiac rhythm though.
I still do like #5. I just think the green could maybe be brighter (or use light blue) and maybe a slightly more modern font. I like the simplicity of it.
