-Like font
-Like color scheme

-Please make sure the logo can be used with the icon above as well as to the left (as you've shown in #33 vs. #31)

Entry # 39 & 40: we really like what you've done with these designs. Just wondering what it might look like if you enclose the logo in a box. Please note that we'll be using it in color, black, as well as reversed out.

Could you show the logo reversed out on a black background.

try the blue gray/teal color scheme, try using color in the name instead of black
