I like the checkmark in 37.. put that on here. Replace the map in the background... maybe a Star or something? I like to do a "Top Gun" theme approach if possible.

put the "achievement in career engagement" all on the bottom...... Add another image in the background?,, this one is cool!

We only what the colors from our company logo if possible, but we are open to any other color schemes as well. We want this to be a logo on its own, and not similar to our company design.
