We are forming a center of excellence to scale agile at our organization to help development teams apply lean and agile principles to their teams with the help of agile coaches and guiding principles.

Scaled agile is a framework that SCALES agile up through a program and portfolio management organization. Information and priority are top down while status rolls up. Our organization will help development teams build themselves to be strong agile development teams. We will immerse coaches in and out of the teams to help them as needed. Our organization will build communities of practice for different roles within these teams. We will provide guard rails and standards to allow for information to roll up and down. Scaled agile consists of different levels that help it scale.
