#1 I assume the bar over the printing is to emphasize speed. Your design is near the top of our list. However, I wonder if there is any way of incorportation fast, accurate, personalzed service, where the phone is always answered by a live person. Those are the things that make us different from the competition. It is probably a lot to try to incorporate in one symbol.
