Accordia may be used as symbol of tuning people cooperation for better performance as in orchestra. But we have not to be associated with music. Our target audience - managers are not conservative, they like innovations, learning and continuous improvement. Their organizations are mostly in dynamic environment. They are looking for methods, how to be more flexible and better to lead people in uncertainity.
