Thank you for your entries. I like the abstract wheelchair. Good use of the A. I also like that you did a linear and a stacked version. The colors are richer hues, which I also like. Thank you.
I just noticed your comment on the brief that say that you need an icon that can stand by itself, so i made a few modifications that can make it work everywhere (as you can see, i try to make logos that can adapt to landscape version #52, square version #51, or icon alone, #50)
Yes, your approach to providing different adaptations helps me to create visuals. One of the team members suggested not using multiple houses because we DO NOT want to have anyone think we do group homes. We are against group homes. So I am leaning toward the singular house stacked and linear. We will be able to do either, no matter which one is in first place, right?
I like the navy blue hue better than the bright blue. It gives the logo some richness and depth.
#54 - 55 I perfer not showcasing a wheelchair in the house. I'm trying to stay away from pictures of an actual wheel chair. I like the simple abstract. It says enough without saying "wheelchair" users only. We build for seniors who are still mobile, but may be planning for the future.
If it isn't too much trouble, could you slightly "thichen" the letters of #52 and #51 to create more impact. When I place it on a brochure, it's good, but I think it might be stronger just a bit thicker.
Thank you for trying the thicker lettering. I like the thin better. Someone important has asked that we look at changing the little stick man. Many healthcare agencies use this stick figure. We do not want to come across as a healthcare provider. Can you think of another abstract to show a person, or remove him altogether. If we have nothing, I won't having anything to animate on the web, but I can live with that.
I noticed that maybe you prefer the style of roof of my first entries, thats why i made #68, #69, #70. Also, i will be happy to submit the basic color variations (black & white, plain colors -no gradients, for t-shirts, embroidery, caps etc-, two or three color versions) The landscape version logo can be "dressed" with web 2.0 effects (let me know if you want me to submit it). Color variations are part of the service that designers in logotournament provide to our clients.
Yes, thank you for having the initiative to improve the logo even further. By adding depth to the house, you increased the POP factor on the page or sign. I like what you did. I'm glad to hear about the color variations. Our parent company was concerned about costs. I definitely would like a linear and stacked version. #70 is cool!
