ACC StudentsLogo Design Contest

ACC Students is the student ministry of Arundel Christian Church in Maryland. We work with 6th-12th grade students and are looking for a rebrand in name and look (formerly REMIX). Looking for something modern, relevant for Gen Z, and fits with the overall stylistic theme of the church.

What we don't want is stereotypical and overused concepts associated with churches and youth groups. Avoid symbols like fire, trees, crosses, anything overtly religious, and anything stylistically trying super hard to be edgy and relevant to students. Keep it simple, smooth, and attractive.

To fit with the branding of the overall church we use a lot of white, black, grey, and CYAN as the accent color. For the students, in addition to the black and white, I like the darker grey and the dark/cyan blue. I would love to stay in that range, but am open to an additional color if something naturally happens.

At ACC we do a lot with circles and lines. In our branding guide, one of our core feature is "circles and cyan". I want to be able to have nuances to the feel of the overall church while also having a bit of its own feel and identity. I would love to keep things simple and clean for use of branding on multiple items that can stand the test of time.

I was working on a concept myself, which was a general title logo with a smaller circle watermark type logo. I got stuck at a certain point. Feel free to take it from here or bring something completely new and fresh to the table. I also included a piece of branding from the main church to get a feel for it. Check them out.
