Here in Entry #1 Looks more like a dragon then a alligator but like the direction you have chosen. Don't forget the .com and not so sure about the choice of color for the word Acadiana. Also there could be some clever ways you can incorporate the Fleur de lis in this design but we will leave that up to you.

I don't wanna bother you, but I'd like to ask you a favour:

when you'll find what you're looking for and contest will be close to the end, could you please rank those designs (from all designers, I mean, not just mine) you left as N/I and unranked?
I'm asking this because for us, even when we don't win a contest, ranking point are so important! It's just a free way to show you appreciate our efforts, I hope you'll understand.
