#2: I really like the concept here. To me it looks like a gear and yet closer it looks like people working together. Could you play around with this design and refine it more?

Glad you like it, I thought it might be good for your line of work and people working together is the idea. I'll do some other versions, although it's not a good idea for me to make it too complex and hard to print or put on trucks/vehicles for you.

#78 and #82: does the icon have too many "arms" if each color represents a person, does that make sense?
#82: can you justify font on the left side, and have the top and bottom of the text be at the same plane as top and bottom of icon?

I think we are on to something with the icon being abstract enough, yet having a "story" to it.

I could easily try a different gear shape and maybe try it with 3 people and see how that works.

Might be tomorrow before I'm able to get it done, but no problem on the justicification.

Been playing with the gear shape with three people but I'm not happy with it. Will have more tweaks later!

The four people is good. I like the colors and the representation of our comapnies philosophies. Could you play around with different gradients or special effects with this design? The ones that you have designed so far are easily reproducible for shirts and side of trucks. When you are playing around with it, could you consider a design created for a website?
Thanks for your time and creativity.

Also…feel free to play around with colors (as the colors I mentioned were only guidelines). Deeper richer colors give a more sophisticated feel.

Sure, will do when I get a chance, thanks! Really busy with clients, but this is fun.

#136 has shadow under icon, #137 doesn't

#136 and #137 both look good. I know we asked for the Labor to be on the left side, but we like it on the right better. Also, do you think the Labor font should be slightly thicker. It is tough to read when the logo is small. Thanks FW.

No problem see #138 where I made it a little larger and bolder and darker.

#138 looks great. The website version should have the glow inside the icon along with the shadow. The print version should not have the glow inside icon nor should it have the shadow. Looks great. Thanks.
