Thanks for you entry! Here is my feedback: the letters are too simple for me. Can you look for a more round, feminine font? The curly thingy should be more integrated in the whole logo. It sort of hangs there, especially in #29.
You for ir Miriam , here are more new entries with more variations for you to chose from.
I want to know the direction you are looking for , i am using a thin feminine look font now in all , and will try to have a you a symbol / icon , corporate identity thats looking proffisional too on cards or website etc.
#33 is not my thing, I like the other two (#36 the best) but the distance between the symbol and the text is too big in my opinion. And maybe you should incorperate the two. Does this help you?
Another option: can you try an emblem (like Versace) for a change?
Hope you are pleased of entry #39 , an emblem looking like versace and the letter " a " initial of absolu embedded in it , and i made sure the " a " doesn't look like a normal " a " , it has alot of curves to make it more feminine , yet stylish and can be read as an " a ".
Here you go, a new entry with a corporate proffisional look of a swan and feminine stylish font.
What i noticed that all your entries are lacking that final proper finish to look corporate or web 2.0 if you are considering a whole new makeover , from logo , business cards, website, etc.
Waiting your feedback on this one and if you have any color prefferences combination you want to try.
#47 is the best of the three new ones. I would like to see a connection between the swan and the text "absolu". Maybe you can make the curly feathers at the back of the swan a bit longer so that it touches the letters.
Colors: try orange and black or orange and very dark brown. Also orange and a light colour (grey) might be interesting. The colours are vey "hard" now.
Much better #50! I have been looking a long time at the swan. I would like to see some changes in the beak of the bird and less feathers. To me it looks like a peacock now. Can you do that for me?
The connection from the bird with the letter A is not smooth, can you change that?
Mmmmm...#58 is a bit messy in my eyes. Too much of anything is not good. I don't know how to give good feedback. Maybe drop the curl with the since 1999 and decrease the size of the swan. The way I look at it now it sort of looks like an aesculap (snake).
sure , you want something in a straight line , looking neat overall , and the logo to be incorporarted with a good looking swan somewhere, but not sure where in particular right ?
what about #50 ? want me to forget working on it ? since the swan is beside the name ? or your liking it ? let me know
i also want you to have a look at my profile here and designs, i am more of the corporate / fresh / simple clean cut design guy.
i wanted to do the same style for you, but wasnt sure if thats what you want, something that looks corporate in a way, yet feminine with your swan identity and name ? let me know
Pleasantly surprised by #65!! Looking good. Maybe you should lose the swan though in this design. For the same reason you already mentioned in your last post, it gets too much otherwise. Also, try to swap the colours orange and brown to see what this does for the design. I like the combi now, but want to see how it goes the other way around.
will be waiting for your response. added two versions of the logo with a better font. i am just loving this logo, it can be used along with the name or alone and it still have this corporate look with a personal touch with the curve at its corner
#99 is the best of the 3. It is really annoying btw that you withdraw your other versions. It is so much better to see what development a designer goes through. And to look back and see whether the changes are for the good or not for a logo. Could you please replace the version of #99 but then with the colour variations just the other way around?
sure thing, will do now, the reason i removed some of my old entries is that i felt they weren't as good as the newer ones.
is there anything you feel you might be looking for or visioned and haven't seen that yet ? let me know if any so i could give it a try on those directions you got in mind.
