Abidance Wound Care Consulting (AWCC) services are designed to enhance the quality of care your residents receives.  Our goal is to reduce the costs associated with acquiring wound care supplies and to create a successful, profitable revenue center for your facility. By strict abidance and compliance with the Medicare guidelines and we provide reimbursement, clinical education and marketing consulting.
 
Our Clinical Consulting Services
 
• Our Clinical consultant will call and arrange a time to do rounds with appointed facility contact. At that time we will obtain a ‘Weekly Skin Report’ and a ‘Census List’ by payor source upon arrival at your facility
 
• We will do a complete Treatment book “audit” monthly to ensure accuracy of all treatments orders to maximize the facilities ability to capture all eligible reimbursement, ensure appropriateness of treatment and progression of wound healing
 
• Our AWCC consultant will then provide one-on-one education during wound rounds, develop an educational calendar over an extended period of customized to your facilities needs
 
• Joint marketing program to increase your referral base
