Circles were ruled out days ago - so #178 is a non starter.

#179 shows some good design skills, but I do not find it appealing.

#182 would be better if the "a" had more of a little tail on it so that it didn't look like an "o".

#182 remains your best entry. 199 & 200 are moving into a bad direction.
