Yes, you can change the colors later. I can give logo to you PDF, EPS, CDR, AI and JPG. Most of these are editable. I think, you can use in indesign PDF, EPS and AI variants.

As they EPS and AI fully editable in vector graphics programs, you can do it. But dont worry, if you need, I can give you just plain star version too, without text part.
