#35 - I'd have a rethink if I were you it's pretty identical to this:

I had not seen this logo. I admit that they are based on the same concept but it is not a copy

omixam - didn't say it was a copy and easy to cross conceptualise but you need to consider that there is an identical concept already out there and being used. CH would be open to a legal breach from Hanuet if they used your design. Your call just pointing it out for you.

Sparkhaven, there are tons of logos with an initial letter and a glass of wine like that already (for example here in Argentina I know 2, in my city). I don´t think that is something that could go into legal issues because it´s a classic concept and idea.

#4 is the best, in my opinion. Clean, memorable, and very cool. Unique and creative, the splashing wine glass A is great.

Contest Holder question: How long do I have to select a winner?

Answer: We require you to select a winner within 7 days of the contest ending. Most clients have a very good idea of who the winner is before the contest ends, so in most cases the selection deadline is trivial. We allow a 7 day extension of the contest if you need more time or additional entries from the design community. If a winner has not been selected within two weeks of the contest ending, we will do a final follow up by email. If there is no response, a LogoTournament administrator will be responsible for selecting a winner based on community feedback and distributing the prize. Although this happens in very rare cases, we do have a procedure in place to maintain a high level of designer confidence and participation in our contests. Thank you for understanding this policy.
