Give me feedback- does their need to be a person or a heart in the middle or does this give the concept of the total person. Perhaps make the tooth look a touch like a heart.
Do we need the words around the wheel or does it make it too busy?
Otherwise you are very close, Can you give me some other color options.

I think try to make the tooth inside the cicle a bit plumper to look more like a heart
