For all, I think they are all great....I am just trying to sort what would work best for our needs. These are all very clever. Thank you for submitting.

I envision a character... perhaps you or a child hugging a dog as part of the design to halp exemplify compassion.
Would that make sense? If so I would like to create a Caricature.
What do you think?
Thanks.

Hi Ken - I like the idea. My website is www.teacherspetmichigan.org if you'd like to see an example of a youth to copy. Thanks!

#10 I love a lot. I think that it really captures the true grit of the kids we work with and they would really relate to it, however, I worry that it seems a little more 'aggressive' than I'd like to promote as a logo. If that makes sense. There is a possibility that we might want to use it as a shirt graphic for the kids...if there is a way to make it just a bit 'lighter.'

It is a hard concept I know - I need edgy for the types of kids we have, but fun at the same time. Many of these I think would make superb logos, then when I think of reproducing them for the kids to wear on a tshirt, they would resist something too 'young.'

#11 is good and I can see it as a small logo on the chest -- is there perhaps another dog outline (retriever, shepherd, etc)?

#8 I like in a John Lennon print sort of way.

#18 is really good - the boy in it is just a little too young/small. My kids range from middle school to high school incarcerated youth.

#20,21,22 - I like the concept of the apple - it fits very well with the "Teacher" part of the logo but not as much with the 'dog' part -- the paw print is a good attempt.

#1 is one of the most popular amongst the polls I've taken.

#12 I think the dog is a very cool creation!

Thank you all for your talents. I wish I could choose them all.

hi amyjo915.....as the contest is drawing to an end, could you please review the final ranking? .......

"How are you doing ? hope you are doing great. As this contest is about to come to an end, and you will be chosing the best new logo for your company, i just wanted to have your attention to some important point that you might be aware of or might not. I hope i am not miss understood by pointing out this to you and that you understand.

When the contest ends and you have made your mind and desicion about the winner logo, the winner gets the 1st place, but the 2nd and 3rd place and going on forward, 4th, 5th, 6th , etc , each one or slot should be filled with a seperate designer and different concept you found second best, third best to follow etc.

This helps towards us designers ranking and also it is a way from you to show your appreciation to the hard effort and trails put from the beginning by one designer or appreciating a nice design concept put earlier by a designer that led to developing on right direction for others and you getting the best you could at the end.

It feels frasturating for other designers and pointless of giving all the top rankings for same winner designer, while those were just a small variations of the winning design and therefore the other places 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc are not filled with different designs from a different designer.

So i hope you understood my point i was just trying to point out to you here and all the best of luck in chosing your winner logo, there are really good ones out there.

Best Regards,

Kareem "
