I was inspired by your company name and whilst this design took almost as long as my most complex design to date I think the result is clean elegant and simple. Eager to hear your thoughts.
It's really cool. I want to ask about the blue background for a logo design-- how would that work in a website? Would all the pages then have to be that same color? Is that harder to work with compared to say, a white background?
This can work on any background. I will submit a colour variation for you on a white background to demonstrate. I only work at designing logos that are versatile otherwise they become useless quite fast.
Here is a version on white to demonstrate the marks versatility. Its positives over some of the other entries will be that it is easily turned into a landscape design and can be grey scaled and simplified for material such as letterheads. Hope this belays your concerns.
i like the blue and black backgrounds the best, it gives the logo more of a dimensional look. i also like the one with the white background, but the color is kind of washed out-- could you brighten it up? Great creativity-- this is going to be a hard choice!
#31 I still like your original color scheme the best of all. if there's time, please experiment with a few colors with the black background. i think a solid color works better than a gradient for this design... but let me know if you have something that'll blow me away!
Looks like i missed out on submitting more entries :(
If you would like to see more you can ask for variations but only from the 1st place entrant during judging. Sorry about that but the time difference makes it difficult to get things back in time sometimes.
